Earth + Sea Renewal Mask
Exfoliate gently. Glow deeply. Restore fully.
This creamy balm mask is your skin’s weekly ritual of reset designed to exfoliate without disrupting, detoxify without drying, and restore a luminous, balanced complexion. As it melts into skin, it releases mineral-rich clays, soothing oat powders, and a botanical oil base rich in calming and reparative lipids. The result is a visibly softer, smoother surface - and a complexion that feels comforted, not stripped.

How to use
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then gently massage with damp fingers to activate the exfoliants. Wipe off with a soft, warm cloth. Follow with essence and serum or balm. Use 1-3x per week for gentle exfoliation.
On rare occasions, skin may feel a light active tingle or warmth as it recalibrates. This is normal, short-lived (often 1–3 days, sometimes up to a week), and more common if skin is stressed or adjusting from other products.
Our botanical formulas support natural balance, which can briefly bring things to the surface before calm returns.
To support your skin:
- Hydrate: Drink water, apply mist or serum on damp skin.
- Comfort: Seal with a balm or butter.
- Gentle: Pause new exfoliants or actives until skin settles.
Most people never notice this step , but if you do, it’s a temporary part of restoring balance.

Hi, I’m Rachael, the farmer behind Rising Iris.
The inspiration for this serum began in the garden. There’s a certain feeling I get when I walk through it — something grounding, calming, alive. I wanted to share that feeling in a way that could travel beyond this space and land gently in someone else’s day.
The Apothecary Garden Serum is crafted with calendula, indigo, and yarrow — botanicals that have shaped my work here — blended into golden jojoba oil and layered with ingredients I trust and love, like rosehip, black cumin seed, and Bakuchiol.
It’s part of a growing field often referred to as neurocosmetics, which explores how sensory experiences like touch and scent can influence emotional well-being — something I think many of us feel intuitively, and that inspires me deeply.
This is the first time I’m offering something like this, and I’m so grateful to have you here, supporting the next chapter of this land, this work, and all the possibilities it brings.
With Gratitude,
Rachael Kemery
