Make a Floral Scarf: A Bundle Dye Workshop
Join Rising Iris founder Rachael Kemery for a restorative workshop dedicated to the art and magic of botanical dyeing. Workshop students will create a botanically dyed silk scarf using materials grown on our farm, and also enjoy light refreshments. For beginners and experts and everyone in between. Workshops are held at our family flower farm in Easton, CT. Address will be provided to after purchase. Please include an email at checkout.
What:
Print a silk scarf with fresh and dried flowers from our farm! Students will learn the art of bundle dyeing, along with how to properly prepare your fabric for long lasting color, Rachael’s favorite plants to use, and how to care for your botanically dyed silk.
