What This Guide Is
- A practical framework for using AI as executive-function support.
- A decision-making and prioritization tool.
- A way to reduce mental friction in your business.
What This Guide Is Not
- A get-rich-quick system.
- A replacement for skill, creativity, or lived experience.
- A substitute for medical or mental health care.
- A magic wand (though that would be very cool.)
What You'll Learn
By the time you finish modules 1–5, you’ll know how to:
- Talk to AI in a way that gets you genuinely useful, personalized responses (not generic fluff)
- Use AI to cut through overwhelm and figure out exactly what to work on today
- Write product descriptions, emails, social media content, and more — in your own voice, in a fraction of the time
- Handle the hard days without losing all your momentum, with a ready-to-use prompt library so you never start from a blank screen
This guide is broken into modules, but you don’t need to read it cover to cover. You can start where you are: motivated, skeptical, or exhausted.
Every module includes explanation and a practice guide. You can read without practicing, but the magic happens when you practice.
